What kind of brewery is Memuro Beer Brewery?
Hop BroMemuro Beer Brewery, commonly known as ALLE MEMURO. It’s located right in the heart of Tokachi, in Memuro Town, but hardly any information is out there publicly.

Hop BroNope. The Instagram account @alle_memuro is the only source of updates. It has only just started appearing in brewery lists across Japan, so it really is a brand-new brewery.
MugiWow! Tokachi makes me think of agriculture, but beer can be made there too.
Hop BroTokachi is practically a treasure trove of beer ingredients. Memuro is especially known for sweet corn and potatoes, and even Daisetsu Ji Beer makes a golden ale called "Memuro Gold Craft" using Memuro-grown corn. The fact that a local brewery has opened there is a big deal in itself.
MugiWhat does the "ALLE" in ALLE MEMURO mean?
Hop BroIn German, it means "all" or "everything." It feels like the idea is to put all of Memuro into the beer.

Hop BroObihiro Beer used to be the representative brewery of Tokachi, but having a brewery of its own in Memuro is a major step forward. Since specific labels and styles haven’t been made public yet, following their Instagram is the most reliable way to keep up with updates.
