Hop BroREVO Brewing is a brewpub on the first floor of APA Hotel & Resort Yokohama Bay Tower in Minato Mirai, but the thing is, it's not just some ordinary hotel restaurant.

Hop BroWhat makes it stand out is that head brewer Shigeki Mizunuma is the real deal, and he's been influenced by West Coast American craft beer culture, especially Portland. He has even collaborated with breweries like Culmination and Level in Portland.

Hop BroExactly. And their signature beer is "I am 'THE' President Hazy IPA," nicknamed the APA President Beer. It is served in an original glass printed with the APA President's portrait, but the flavor is serious: tropical mango aromas, juicy hop character, and a firm bitterness at the finish.
MugiWhat is that? Hazy IPA in a glass with the APA President on it? Is it actually good, or just a gimmick?
Hop BroIt's genuinely good. They use German and British malts, American, New Zealand, and German hops, and the brewing water is Yokohama water. They have 20 taps running all the time, with a wide range that goes all the way to brown ale and wheat ale.

Hop BroThere are 220 seats, and you can drink while taking in the Minato Mirai night view. Inside the restaurant, there is an artwork made from 615 craft beer cans, and hidden among them is one can with a REVO BREWING logo sticker, which adds a playful touch.
