New TAP
- `Hop Kotan Brewing` `kimi-キミ-` / Mexican Lager / 4.5%
True to its name, which means "corn" in Ainu, this beer uses corn grits from Ebetsu Seifun in Hokkaido. It also features 2025 harvest Cascade from Kamifurano, aiming for a light finish with a clear Hokkaido summer feel.
- `Ushitora` `Shibuya de Paradise Hazy IPA` / Hazy IPA / 6.0%
A 6th-anniversary beer for the Ushitora Stand at MIYASHITA PARK. It uses six hop varieties and leans into citrus, with peach, grape, and apricot notes layered into the profile.
The Mexican lager is being presented as a strong match for tacos, so the lineup is clearly built with food pairings in mind. It is the kind of selection that works whether you are there for the beer, the food, or both.
