Nagano City's Yamanoma Brewery announced the return of two seasonal beers. The post title read, "The announcement is late, but..." It was published at 15:39 on March 6, 2026.

The key point this time is that two beers with very different directions, one fruit-based and one roast-based, have both come back at the same time.

Key points from the post

- Third release of "Peach Wheat Ale" made with 2025 Kawanakajima white peaches
- "Baaba to Koharuduki no Yoi," made with Aura coffee beans
- Both are now available again as "returns"

"Peach Wheat Ale" is the third release in a series using Kawanakajima white peaches, a variety known as one of Nagano's signature peaches. It is designed to let drinkers enjoy the soft mouthfeel of a wheat malt base along with the aroma of peach. Meanwhile, "Baaba to Koharuduki no Yoi" is a returning coffee-bean beer, and should draw attention as a glass aimed at bringing out roasty character and layered aftertaste.

Yamanoma Brewery is a brewery and craft beer pub located about a minute and a half on foot from the Zenkoji Exit of Nagano Station, serving dishes made with Shinshu ingredients alongside original craft beer. Since opening on September 28, 2021, it has continued to roll out nimble releases centered on local ingredients.

At this time of year in early spring, it is especially nice to compare a fruity beer and a roasty beer side by side. As two beers that feel distinctly "Nagano," combining local ingredients with beans from a local roaster, checking them out at the shop early is recommended.
