Osaka-Kyobashi's Craft Beer Spot Hathor has released its tap list for April 6. Built around its signature 16 taps, the lineup has the feel of a true beer pub, with a wide range of styles from lager and IPA to dark beer. Known as a place where you can also enjoy house-made smoked dishes, it is the kind of spot that works well when you want to choose both beer and food together.

There are two today's tapped beers for the day. One is "Mugi no Manimani / Isekadoya Beer". Made mainly with floor-malted barley, it finishes with firm bitterness and a crisp snap. A refreshing aroma reminiscent of lime and lemon is layered with floral and spicy elements, along with bready and biscuit-like malt notes, making it a lively beer with real backbone. The other is "Honey Saison / Minoh Beer". Using honey from beekeepers in Minoh City and Wakayama, it adds a soft sweet aroma and gentle richness to the mellow saison profile. Herbal and citrus notes from Mistral hops keep the aftertaste clean.

Also recommended are "House IPA Real Ale ver / Shiga Kogen Beer" and "Underwater Luminous / Nara Brewing". The tap list also includes "Yuyabois IPL - Jamboree SP Ver / Oni Densetsu Beer", "Braumaister / Kirin Beer", "Sentinel (Watchman) / Dieu du Ciel!", "Kanpai Peach Ale / T.Y. Harbor", "Brain-Melting Ultra Heaven 3xIPA / Isekadoya Beer", "Sono Sen Real Ale ver / Shiga Kogen Beer", "Code Breaker / Trademark", and "Black Oni Stout Kato SP Ver. Mk2 / Oni Densetsu Beer".

From a bitterness-driven lager, a saison with a pleasant honey aftertaste, an IPA that puts hop power front and center, to a stout that works well as a finish, the appeal of the day is that you can choose based on your mood. It is a lineup made for letting beer take center stage and savoring each glass slowly.
