CRAFT BANK’s "BLOSSOM SYNDICATE" tapped

On April 28, Minna no Craft Beer Bar Ryogoku-Kuramae introduced CRAFT BANK’s (Kyoto) "BLOSSOM SYNDICATE" on Instagram as one of its currently available taps. The style is Hazy Pale Ale. The bar presents it as a spring-only rosé-colored beer, with hazy turbidity layered with berry and citrus-like aromas.

The post also emphasized that the bitterness is kept quite low, making it a recommendation for people who usually find beer bitterness bothersome or for those who want to start drinking craft beer. The bar said it wants customers to start with an "easy-drinking Hazy" and also noted that it goes well with pizza.

Current 6 Taps

- Starwatcher / West Coast Brewing (Shizuoka) / West Coast IPA
- Oceania IPA / Revo Brewing (Kanagawa) / West Coast IPA
- My Secret Lemon Trees 3 / DD4D BREWING (Ehime) / Citrus Hazy DIPA
- BLOSSOM SYNDICATE / CRAFT BANK (Kyoto) / Hazy Pale Ale
- Ordinary Bitter / Nomcraft Brewing (Wakayama) / Bitter
- BOTTOMLESS / BrewBeast Brewery (Iwate) / Kolsch

As a beer pub in Ryogoku-Kuramae, the lineup ranges widely from a standard West Coast IPA to soft-drinking Hazy, bitter, and Kölsch. The composition makes it easy to start with the light BLOSSOM SYNDICATE for the first drink, then move on to an IPA with a more pronounced hop character from the second drink onward.

Upcoming Plans

The post also announced a KAIGAN BREWERY (Chiba) TAP TAKEOVER on May 23, a "certain brewery (Kyoto)" TAP TAKEOVER on June 13, and WCB CAN SHARE NIGHT (reservation required) on June 27. As a place worth visiting while following tap rotations, the upcoming updates were also noteworthy.

Located at Riverge Ryogoku 101, 1-18-2 Ishiwara, Sumida Ward, Tokyo, the venue is a craft-beer-focused beer pub. In this post as well, the structure clearly conveyed the shop’s strength: the beer you can drink right now.
