Kochi Campagne Brewery, based in Kami, Kochi, recently highlighted the wider menu available at its TOSACO TAP STAND with the message: “TOSACO is not just beer.” The tap stand is attached to the brewery and offers freshly poured TOSACO, but visitors can also enjoy a range of non-beer options.

Gelato made with brewery-inspired ingredients

One of the stand’s distinctive offerings is its original gelato. Flavors include Snowy Mine Jersey Milk, made with rich local Jersey milk, as well as Yuzu and Kaya Nut, a combination that brings together Kochi’s citrus character and the spicy, distinctive flavor of kaya nuts.

The lineup also includes Stout Milk, which uses malt associated with the brewing process. Its roasted, grain-like aroma adds a coffee-like depth to the gentle sweetness of the milk base. These flavors offer a way to experience TOSACO’s ingredients and brewing identity without drinking alcohol.

That makes the tap stand accessible to a broader audience, including children, designated drivers, and visitors who simply do not enjoy beer. Families can share the same destination while choosing different drinks and desserts.

Non-alcoholic drinks and local snacks

The menu also features a yuzu squash made with Kochi-grown yuzu and original beer cocktails prepared with non-alcoholic beer. For snacks, visitors can find crackers made with TOSACO malt by-products along with other Kochi products.

Beer remains at the heart of the experience. The stand operates a nine-tap server featuring regular TOSACO beers and occasional limited releases. Guests can also order a beer flight to compare several styles in smaller glasses, or purchase draft beer to take away.

Kochi Campagne Brewery focuses on expressing the character of Kochi ingredients while making beer approachable even for people who are not accustomed to bitterness. At TOSACO TAP STAND in Kahoku, Kami, that philosophy extends beyond beer to gelato, soft drinks, and food. With garden seating overlooking the Monobe River, the brewery offers a relaxed stop for exploring Kochi’s local flavors.
