The beer pub Two Fingers in Nishi-Ikebukuro, Toshima Ward, Tokyo, will host a burger pop-up on Friday, March 20. According to the announcement, the pop-up by La Vigne Akiko is set to serve burgers made from scratch by the chef, starting with the buns. The event is designed in a way that fits the bar's style, with beer and food pairings in mind.

On the same day, Little House Brewing will also hold a tap takeover. Details of the beers being poured have not been announced in advance, but it looks like a good chance to sample a range of the brewery's beers side by side. While choosing the beers you want to drink from the tap lineup, you can also enjoy matching them with several burger menu options on the food side.

The food lineup includes the following three items.

- Brisket smash cheeseburger
- Sakura shrimp and rapeseed greens mozzarella cheeseburger
- Smash cheese cross sandwich, Itakuro (original croissant-style)

Late-night snacks are also planned. The burgers will be served until sold out, so if there is something you want, it's safest to arrive early. Two Fingers is a bar that updates its beer lineup quickly, and during events its taps show even more character. This time, with a "burger event" and a "brewery-focused pouring" happening together, it seems like a day when beer fans can cover two highlights in one visit.
