12 taps on 5/4, featuring a mix of Japanese and international beers

Beer Bar Festa (Festa) Shimokitazawa, within walking distance of Shimokitazawa Station, is a beer pub where you can enjoy 12 craft beer taps and darts. The shop, which also promotes itself on its official website as offering 12 draft beers and about 30 bottled beers, is set up as an easy place to stop in for just one drink.

In its Instagram post on Monday, May 4, the shop announced that it would temporarily set aside its usual Monday closing during Golden Week and open at 6 p.m. Because the following day is also a holiday, it will stay open until 4 a.m. The post introduced two newly tapped beers.

- Hansharo Beer "Coco Farm & Winery White"
- Brewed with the natural yeast of grapes, resulting in an elegant finish reminiscent of white wine.
- Derailleur "Night Rider Route 26"
- A session IPA known for its clean, crisp drinking character.

That day's lineup also includes Y Market "Be With You," Biaherun "Enmusubi Beer Real Ale Ver.," Setouchi "Cherry & Strawberry," Forest "Bonfire Dunkel," BrewDog "Double Hazy Jane," and Burnt Mill "Crimson Highway," offering a broad selection of both Japanese and international beers.

The bar also serves snacks that pair well with beer, such as house-made sausages and beef tendon stewed in beer, making Festa a place where you can enjoy food and darts along with the beer itself. In Shimokitazawa, it's an especially convenient spot for a slow, late-night drink.
