TBE Brewing, the beer pub in Ebisu South, Tokyo, posted its July 31 keg lineup along with the next beers scheduled and the day’s rotating food selection. The post also lands as Ebisu’s annual Bon Odori festivities get underway, making it a timely place to drop in for a beer.

The current taps include HopDog's hard cider, Romanchikku Mura's Tochigi Berry Berry Sour, Shiga Kogen Beer’s Yuru Brew Spelt and Sono-Ju No.10 IPA, CRAK Brewery’s Mundaka, Hino Brewing’s Zutto Yare IPA, Minoh Beer’s Coffee IPA, Kunitachi Brewery’s Transit, WCB’s Analog Grow, and Y Market’s Hysteric IPA. The mix spans cider, sour beer, and multiple IPA variants, so the lineup gives drinkers a broad range to work through in one visit. Several of those kegs are marked as running low, so a visit sooner rather than later makes sense if there is a specific beer you want.

The next-beer list includes Ushiku Brewery’s Gohobi, Minoh Beer’s Osaru IPA, Hino Brewing’s Dont Yare IPA, and Shiga Kogen Beer’s Snow Monkey IPA Orange ver. On the food side, TBE Brewing is pairing the taps with dishes such as Indian tuna sashimi, grape-beef shoulder steak, vegetable ajillo, house-made pork chashu, chicken sasami katsu with shiso and plum, fried Manganji peppers, and an oil pasta with mussels, tomato, and celery. It is a straightforward beer-and-food lineup built for easy drinking in Ebisu.
