Otako Beer Brewery in Chiba City introduced bottled beers that arrived from "Amauku," a brewery in Nasu, Tochigi Prefecture. In its post, the brewery said the notice was delayed even though the beers had been on sale in the shop since before Golden Week, and announced that multiple labels had arrived.

"Amauku" is a brewery that promotes beer made with agricultural products grown around Nasu. According to official information, its beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, and are finished with bottle-conditioning secondary fermentation aided by yeast. A defining feature is that they are designed to be enjoyed along with the changes in flavor over time.

The five varieties introduced at Otako Beer Brewery this time are as follows.

- Pomme 2026: A beer made generously with apples from Nasu Town. The soft tannins derived from the apple cores and seeds are pleasantly gentle.
- Moe 2026: A refreshing beer made with lemon. Its cooling feel and bitterness come together in a finish that seems well suited to hot weather.
- Snowflake 2025: A beer made with lemon verbena and lemongrass from Nasu Kogen HERB's. It is characterized by ample umami and a smooth drinking feel.
- Across the Shore 2025: A brown beer that balances fruitiness and malt character. The depth from roasted malt layers on top, creating a rich flavor profile.
- Wanko 2026: A light beer carefully brewed during the deep cold of midwinter. The crispness of the malt and the gentle hop bitterness are especially striking.
