Otako Beer Brewery, based in Chiba City, introduced a seasonal beer called Amanatsu Hazy. In the post, the brewery says the fruit came from amanatsu trees commonly seen in residential neighborhoods, where aging residents have made harvesting and maintenance more difficult. The fruit was shared by the local group Isobe Orange wo Mamoru Kai, which helps address that regional issue.

The beer uses plenty of amanatsu peel and juice, combined with citrus-forward aroma hops. The brewery describes it as a juicy, refreshing Hazy IPA. It was first poured at a summer event, sold out quickly, and a second batch has now finally been completed.

Otako Beer Brewery also shared its weekly tap list. Alongside its seasonal house beers, the lineup includes guest beers from other breweries.

- Amanatsu Hazy
- Natsu Coffee Ale
- Hop Session
- Summer Ginger Bitter
- Apple Hop Fuji
- MIZUHA
- Loirege
- 066 Fuku Setouchi Gose

The brewery listed opening hours from August 28 to 30, with Otasko x Shibire Night scheduled for August 29. It is a seasonal release that ties local fruit, neighborhood issues, and fresh summer beer together.
