Isana Brewing in Akishima, Tokyo, announced on Instagram that it will participate in a networking event to be held on Tuesday, May 26, at Iwami Beer’s Nagisa Station factory in Gotsu, Shimane Prefecture.

Isana Brewing has been operating since May 2018 as a brewery and roastery that uses deep underground water from Akishima in its brewing. Under the banner of "Factory & Laboratory," it not only produces beer but also handles coffee and food, and is known for its active involvement in events and experimental projects.

In the post, it was announced that Mr. Chida of Isana Brewing will appear on site for a social gathering centered on jingisukan with "beer-lamb," introduced as a new local specialty of Gotsu, alongside craft beer. The venue will be Guest House Bakouya, with the event held outdoors in good weather and on the second-floor event space in bad weather. The event runs from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with drop-in participation available, but advance reservation required for the start time.

For participants, the offerings are beer-lamb jingisukan barbecue for 3,000 yen, all-you-can-drink craft beer from four companies for 2,000 yen, and all-you-can-drink soft drinks for 1,000 yen. The featured beer makers are Isana Brewing, Omi Beer, Michishio Brewing, and Iwami Beer. Reservations are accepted via Facebook DM to Iwami Beer or by phone.

Isana Brewing normally continues its locally rooted beer-making at its Akishima taproom, but this time it is expanding its activities into creating a space centered on food and beer together with a Shimane brewery. It is a notice that clearly shows inter-brewery exchange and is likely to draw strong interest from fans as well.
