At TAP ROOM 99 in Fujimi, Chuo Ward, Chiba City, a 99 event featuring KANKIKU BREWERY's new beers and limited food is running from April 21 to 26. As you'd expect from a brewery-operated taproom, the appeal is being able to slowly savor a beer that carries the character of the brew itself in a relaxed interior.

This time the highlights are the Italian pilsner SOYOKAZE and the sake lees smoothie beer SAKEKASU SMOOTHIE -Spring Mix Fruits-. SOYOKAZE is a brisk pilsner with a subtle French hop aroma, finished so it's easy to drink as an everyday beer. On the other hand, SAKEKASU SMOOTHIE is a rich style layered with the fruitiness of peach, mango, and pear, offering dessert-like satisfaction even though it's beer.
