The brewpub GROW BREW HOUSE in Nishikawaguchi posted its weekend business notice on Instagram.

On April 11 and 12, it will serve Neapolitan-style pizza baked with malt-containing dough made by Hoppe Hoppe. The post said it plans to make about three kinds, with weekend business, Sunday sold out once supplies run out, and opening at 3:00 p.m. on both days. It is the kind of weekend the shop does best, where beer and pizza can be enjoyed at the same time.

It also announced the re-release of "Heiji," which had been set aside for a while to connect to the anniversary beer. The tap list included the following six beers.

- Mikkusu / Milk Shake IPA / 7%
- Amanatsu Wheat Lager / Fruits Wheat Lager / 4%
- Letter / Cacao Milk Porter / 8%
- Onaji Hanashi / Barley Wine / 9%
- Lieth Waik IPA / Session IPA / 4%
- BIG BRIDGE IPA / American IPA / 7%

All of them are house-brewed by GROW BREW HOUSE, and the lineup spans a wide range of drinking styles, from a sweet Milk Shake IPA to a fruity Wheat Lager, a Milk Porter with cacao notes, and a full-bodied Barley Wine. If you want something lighter, the 4% "Amanatsu Wheat Lager" or "Lieth Waik IPA" looks like a good choice. If you want something to pair with food, "BIG BRIDGE IPA" or "Mikkusu" would fit, and if you want to savor it slowly, "Letter" or "Onaji Hanashi" seems like the right pick.

Located at 1-25-8 Nishikawaguchi, Kawaguchi City, the shop's appeal as a brewpub lies in how close beer and food are to each other. In this post as well, the shop's character comes through clearly with both pizza and taps. It also announced participation in the SAKURATOWN Beer Fest on April 25, 26, and 29, so the spring schedule is still going.
