BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisindou in Eidaicho, Ibaraki City, Osaka, is a beer pub built around beer and music. On June 22, it was open from around 5:00 PM to about 10:30 PM, with food last call at 9:00 PM and drinks until 10:00 PM. The food list includes pizza, pasta, eisbein, house-smoked items, zangi, and tagliatelle with ragout sauce, making it an easy place to keep pairing food with beer.

The day’s lineup starts with Baeren Brewery’s "Kabosu Radler : Radler," a 2.5% Japanese citrus radler made with Kabosu juice from Oita. It is a light, easy starter. Ise Kadoya Brewery’s "Mr.DANK : DDH West Coast IPA" follows with berry and tropical notes, a hint of diesel-like dankness, and a dry, clean finish at 7.0% ABV.

Other taps included Hoppu Kodan’s "AKIRA 囃子 : Märzenbier," Iwate Kura Beer’s "Passion Ale : Fruit Wheat Ale," Pilsner Urquell’s "Draft Pilsner Urquell," and SAPPORO BEER’s "SORACHI 1984 : Pilsner." The range covers lager, IPA, Märzen, and fruit wheat beer, so the list is well suited for side-by-side tasting.

Coming soon were Baeren’s "Ihatov no Umi : Salty Lager," Minoh Beer’s "Hoppy Weizen : Weizen," and REPUBREW’s "COASTAL CRUSH HAZY IPA / Hazy IPA." From a salty lager to an aromatic weizen and a juicy hazy IPA, the next taps suggest that Raisindou will keep rotating through styles that reward repeat visits.
