Carbon Brews Tokyo unveils 12 taps at its 4th anniversary event on March 8
The Akasaka beer pub Carbon Brews Tokyo added a new announcement on March 4 with the tap list for its special operating event celebrating its 4th anniversary. On March 8, along with an all-you-can-drink plan, a broad lineup ranging from Carbon Brews staples to domestic guest beers is drawing attention.
Carbon Brews Tokyo (B1, Dormy Akasaka, 3-14-2 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo) has released its tap list for the 4th anniversary event. The post specifically outlines the beers planned for the special operating day on Sunday, March 8.
This time’s list is arranged with Carbon Brews house beers in the first half and guest beers from Japan and abroad in the second half. It spans a wide range of drinking styles, including the dry-hopped lager earth people, the brisk staying alive (Session IPA), and the more classic havana 1950 (Pilsner). It also features distinctive selections such as Yum Cha Puer Lager, bright side, uncle pineapple, and uncle tomato, making it a lineup that lets you enjoy a broad range of flavors all in one place.
The guest lineup includes FARMENTRY’s Aomi GOSE and KANKIKU BREWERY’s DOUBLE HEADER, along with a note that KANKIKU’s YAMITSUKI will also be swapped in. It also includes Enpitsu Beer HB from Maruya Brewery, Uchu DRAGON from UCHU BREWING, and Nama Choco Stout 2026 from NAMACHAん Brewing, giving the lineup a well-balanced mix of hop-forward, sour, and dark beers.
For anyone who wants to slowly compare beers while following the tap rotation in a basement floor in Akasaka, this is a night not to miss. As a station-close urban beer pub, it also seems well suited both for a quick drink after work and for a longer beer-focused visit.
