Draft lineup on May 12

On the night of May 12, the draft beers at the Antonbee Ryudochō location were updated. The post announced four new taps, along with "giant new onions from Shirako, Chiba." True to a beer pub in the Roppongi area where craft beer can be enjoyed casually, this round again covered a broad range from IPA to cider to sour styles.

The beers that appeared that day were Prairie Artisan Ales' 'Merica Y'all, Yokohama Bay Brewing Co.'s YUZU Weiss, Zelaia's Euskal Sagardoa, and 8 bit Brewing's Mario Tart: Phantom Stronghold. From a hop-forward hazy IPA, to a weizen with yuzu aroma, to a traditional Basque cider, to a fruit sour with bright tartness, there was plenty of variety for side-by-side tasting.

`CRAFT BEER Antonbee Roppongi` is a beer pub in the basement floor of 5-1-5 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Built around draft beer, it is known as a place where beer lovers can spend time with food. From this update too, you can see a lineup that does not just chase strong hops, but also captures citrus, acidity, and fermentation nuances.

Highlights of the day

- 'Merica Y'all / Prairie Artisan Ales: For people who want to enjoy a solid hop character
- YUZU Weiss / Yokohama Bay Brewing Co.: A beer with a yuzu aroma that also pairs easily with meals
- Euskal Sagardoa / Zelaia: A presence that broadens the range of flavors on tap, including options beyond beer
- Mario Tart: Phantom Stronghold / 8 bit Brewing: A sour style suited to people looking for fruit-driven tartness

Places like Antonbee are enjoyable not only for following specific labels, but also for looking at the day's lineup and deciding the order from the first glass onward. These four beers made it easy for both hop fans and tartness fans to find their own entry point.
