Kinetic Totem is a 5.0% Ginger Saison. It combines ginger from Amakusa with the fruity, spicy character of saison yeast, giving the can list a drier, more food-friendly option. Ten Cola returns as a 0.0% craft cola made with local ingredients such as brown sugar, pearl citrus, ginger, shell ginger, and salt, with no preservatives, coloring, or flavoring.
