Passion Fruit Gose announced
IN THA DOOR BREWING introduced a seasonal beer called Passion Gose on Instagram. The beer is listed as a Passion Fruit Gose with 3.5% ABV. Its local ingredients are passion fruit and Onokoro natural salt, with fruit grown by Amakubo Farm in Sanda, Hyogo, and processed by Datsusara Factory on Awaji Island.
According to the post, the beer opens with a vivid sweet-and-tart passion fruit character, then finishes with a clean saline note. The brewery describes it as a low-ABV, easy-drinking beer suited to humid early-summer days and the start of the rainy season.
The post also says a limited batch of bottled beer is planned. No launch date or production number was given, but the beer is clearly positioned as a seasonal limited release.
