The tap list includes “The Trial: Pomona,” a Hazy Double IPA; “The Room,” a Hazy IPA; “Chill Pils”; and “Starwatcher,” a West Coast IPA. Guests can also try “Pineapple Party,” a Session Hazy IPA with pineapple; “Just Peachy,” a peach mint sour; “Neon Pils,” made with Inkhorn Brewing; and “Vandal,” a Hazy Pale Ale.
Limited food will include esperanzafarm habanero quesadilla chicken over rice, guacamole cream cheese tostadas, squid ceviche, Mexican-style yo-dare chicken, and grilled eggplant with salsa verde. The menu is designed to pair naturally with the varied tap lineup.
On September 6, DJs Taiki Kodama and OMI from nearby music venue LIVING STEREO are scheduled to perform. Guests ordering a pint of the event beers will also receive a West Coast Brewing sticker, while staff from WCB DARK LAB, West Coast Brewing’s company-operated venue in Osaka, are expected to join the event.
