Esperanza, a beer pub in Yakuin, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka, is launching a weekend taco feature alongside a special craft beer event.

The main menu item is a wagyu birria taco starting June 13. It uses wagyu shank simmered for hours so the beef’s richness is drawn into the broth. The post frames it as a taco meant to be dipped into that broth, making it a dish that carries both the meat’s depth and the intensity of the braise.

At the same time, the bar will run a "CRAFTROCK Brewing TAPTAKE OVER!!" Eight beers are planned, all from the award-winning brewery: MOUNTAIN BEACH (West Coast Pilsner), WAKAKUSA (NZ Pilsner), DRINK ALL DAY (Kölsch), LUCKY 7 (Sake Saison), JAM SESSION 2 (Fruit Session IPA), SKY'S THE LIMIT (Micro IPA), ALTERNATIVE IPA (West Coast IPA), and SPECIAL OTHERS (NZ IPA w/ Mint). The range moves from crisp pilsner and kölsch to fruit-forward session IPA and hop-driven IPA, making it easy to pair with the taco’s rich, savory profile.

The post also notes a visit from head brewer Suzuki on June 13. For drinkers looking to combine tacos and craft beer in one stop, Esperanza is setting up a focused weekend lineup.
