Two new taps

Osaka’s hidden beer pub `torne_craftbeer`, tucked away in Tenroku, updated its tap list on July 16. The venue is known for its British-pub feel, a relaxed room, and a rotating selection that can reach up to 12 taps, so the new release fits neatly into the bar’s style: one beer built for easy drinking, and one built for depth.

A rare Italian Pilsner from Hansharo Beer

The first new beer is `Pinkie.` from Hansharo Beer. It is described as an Italian Pilsner brewed with bittering hops including Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnanger, then dry-hopped with Tettnanger and Opal. The post highlights a clear, herbal, floral profile and notes that it is a rare beer with no retail release.

A grape-yeast beer made with Cocofarm & Winery

The second release is `Natural Yeast Beer. Red`, a collaboration between Hansharo Beer and Cocofarm & Winery. The beer uses grape skins from winemaking and was finished after two years of oak-barrel aging. The result is described as layered, with ripe berry and red-wine character plus spicy barrel notes.

More of the tap list

The post also lists `BUDDY`, `Gimmie Shelter nitro ver.`, `Madame R.Galle.`, `Eugene - Krush.`, `Excursions nitro ver.`, `Extra Lush.`, `Tomodachi Saison.`, `Bitter Bug.`, and `Winter Lambiek.` The lineup shows the bar’s range across Japanese and international craft beer.

Limited food special

A limited kale salad menu also appears in the update, built with kale, a mild sweet pepper, and ham. It sounds like a practical food pairing for a beer session, especially in a room where music, taps, and cans are all part of the experience.
