Takoyaki and craft beer in Akishima
ISANA Brewing has announced a collaboration event with voice actor and narrator Takatora. Titled "Takotoro-bō x ISANA Brewing Collaboration Event: Takoyaki & Craft Beer," the session is open to everyone.
The venue is ISANA Brewing Brewery & Roastery in Akishima, Tokyo. The brewery has operated there since May 2018 and makes original craft beer with Akishima’s deep groundwater. It also serves coffee roasted in-house and food, reflecting its "Factory & Laboratory" concept centered on brewing, roasting, and experimentation.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026, in three 50-minute slots: 12:00-12:50, 13:00-13:50, and 14:00-14:50. Takatora started his takoyaki shop, Takotoro-bō, in August, but general reservations are not yet being accepted. This collaboration gives visitors a chance to try it earlier.
The set includes five takoyaki pieces and one plate dish from ISANA Brewing. Payment is split between items: takoyaki is cash only, while food and beer can be paid for with cash, card, or PayPay. Applications are accepted through a form, on a first-come, first-served basis, and up to four people can apply at once. Submission does not confirm a reservation until ISANA Brewing sends a confirmation email.
With Akishima Station only a short walk away, the event offers an easy way to enjoy takoyaki alongside ISANA Brewing’s beers on a Saturday afternoon.
