The post also teases Baeren Brewery's "Ihatove no Umi : Salty Lager" as coming soon. With IPA, Weizen, Radler, pilsner, and lager in the mix, the list offers a broad range of styles for drinkers who like to compare flavor profiles across breweries.

Food

The food menu is equally beer-friendly, led by saba sandwiches, eisbein, and house-made oil sardines. The smoked items include five kinds of Nagasaki kamaboko, Toyama saba, tofu, chicken tenderloin, pickles, egg, and cheese. Vegetables run from potato salad and cabbage in vinegar to house pickles and olive marinade, while fried items include zangi and fries. Pizza and pasta options round out the list with meat-topped pies, smoked toppings, Margherita, and tagliatelle with ragout sauce. It is a fitting lineup for a beer pub that puts beer and music at the center of the experience.
