The beer pub Craft Beer Spot Hathor in Kyobashi, Osaka, announced its beers on tap for April 13. The shop opened in 2015, has 16 taps, and is known for its house-made smoked dishes.

The highlight of the day is Minoh Beer's seasonal 'Blooming IPA.' It is described as a spring-leaning beer with spicy, floral aromas from Belgian yeast layered with vivid American hop character. The design features dry hopping with Centennial, Citra, Cascade, and Amarillo, plus Nelson and Luminosa. Bitterness is kept moderate, letting citrus and tropical-fruit-like aromas take center stage.

Another beer on tap is Oni Densetsu Beer's 'Black Oni Stout Kato SPVer. Mk2.' It is introduced as a rich black beer with firm bitterness, using plenty of Dolchika (HBC1019). It also has coffee-like nuances, making it a good fit for those who want something with substantial body.

Also recommended is Revision's 'What What What.' It is said to feature powerful aromas from Strata, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, along with a balance that does not betray its 11.2% ABV, making it a must-try for IPA fans.

Other taps include Oni Densetsu Beer's 'Yuya Boys IPL - Jamboree SP Ver,' 'Onikaku TY Imperial Red Ale,' Minoh Beer's 'SEYA!,' 'W-IPA Real Ale ver,' and 'Session Black IPA Real Ale ver,' Ise Kadoya Beer's 'Mugi no Manimani' and 'Pale Ale,' Sapporo Beer's 'Edel Pils,' and T.Y. Harbor x Hathor's 'Kyobashi Helles ~Suspended Sentence~.' With everything from lager to IPA to black beer, it's the kind of lineup that makes you want to spend the day tasting your way through Kyobashi.
