In a July 2 update, `torne_craftbeer` in Osaka's Kaneanmachi area said it would add just one new beer on tap: `Nels` from Fair Isle Brewing in Seattle, Washington. The saison is brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops and fir tips, and is described as offering bright citrus, bergamot, and pine-like aromatics.

On the food side, the pub brought back its Fukuoka Bikkuritei-style meat stir-fry, a skillet dish built around pork and cabbage. It fits the kind of beer-first, bar-food-friendly lineup that Torne is known for, pairing naturally with the pub's broad craft beer selection.

The post also pointed to a special event on July 4: `Hands-On : Saison & Sushi`, hosted with Snack Naoko and Koto-mi. Scheduled from 17:00 to 23:00, the night will feature summer oysters, seasonal original sushi, and a range of Fair Isle Brewing beers. The tap list around the post spans a wide range of styles and origins, including `ENice Bitter nitro ver.` (Minoh Beer), `The Black Fog of Hamburg nitro ver.` (Repubrew), `Gold Label` (Chuckanut Brewery + Yokohama Bay Brewing), `Grapefruit Sour` (Minoh Beer), `Bird Wave #3` (Inkhorn Brewing), `Yanbaru Kuina 2026` (Inkhorn Brewing + Enjoy?), `Extra Lush` (Fremont Brewing), `Tomodachi Saison` (Himitsu Beer x Kemupa x torne), `El Clásico` (Craft Bank Brewing), and `Earl Grey Tea Infused Lambic` (Oud Beersel).
