Sakaduki Brewing in Adachi, Tokyo, has published its tap list for Wednesday, October 7. The selection includes the Bohemian pilsner “shy girl,” American pale ale “月影,” and the Belgian saison “水沢15 UDON ALE,” brewed with udon.

The lineup also features fruit-forward beers such as “First Note,” made with Ishigaki sea salt and lemon, “木洩れ日,” a sour ale with fully ripened Nanko ume plums, and “夏の記憶,” brewed with white peach and rosemary. Guests can also find “冷静と情熱,” a Chilean beer combining Tora-no-o herbs, lemon, and mint; the hazy IPA “Stardust”; and the American IPA “夏の通り雨.” Specialty selections include the peanut-chocolate milk stout “KISS ME” and the Belgian strong blond ale “Pink Boots Collab. Brew -蒼-.”

Although the brewery says its usual beer tapping and food-pairing day will be paused this week, it has prepared a generous menu centered on autumn and winter ingredients. Highlights include turnip wrapped in pork belly and roasted with balsamic sauce, as well as a baked sweet-potato bavarois.

Sakaduki Brewing is scheduled to appear at Adachi Citizens Festival A Festa 2026 on October 10–11 and Tsukuba Craft Beer Fest from October 16–18. At the brewery, planned releases include the Sayama tea beer “足立姫2026” on October 14, “くわかBrew” on October 21, and a Halloween beer on October 28. Dates and beer availability may change, so visitors should check the brewery’s latest announcements before visiting.
