May Business Calendar Released

BEER&CRAFT, the beer pub in Suminoe-cho, Gifu City, just steps from Meitetsu Gifu Station, has announced its business calendar for May 2026. This month’s lineup includes events centered on craft beer tastings, plus food events and a talk event.

5/16 (Sat) BEER ON TAP

On this day, West Coast Brewing will host a LAGER ONLY TAP TAKEOVER. Featuring a lineup of lager styles, the event is being promoted as a chance to compare clean and layered flavors. WCB’s familiar “Shunta-kun” is also scheduled to visit, making it a day that should especially highlight the pairing of beer and food.

5/23 (Sat) TACOS DAY

The tacos day, which was well received last time, is back as a monthly event. No reservation is required, so you can stop by casually for even just one drink. Because tacos and craft beer are an easy match, it works not only for a night of serious drinking, but also for times when you just want to enjoy a light drink.

5/31 (Sun) 40th Gifu Castle Study Group

On the last weekend of May, the 40th Gifu Castle Study Group will be held at BEER&CRAFT. The time is 15:00 to 16:30, and the theme is “How to Enjoy Castles 100 Times More.” It is being introduced as a castle talk event to enjoy with a beer in hand, and first-time participants are welcome.

BEER&CRAFT is open weekdays from 15:00 to 23:00, Saturdays from 11:00 to 23:00, and Sundays and holidays from 11:00 to 21:00. It is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and its location near the station makes it convenient both for stopping in after work and for weekend detours. In May, there are nights suited to people who want to fully enjoy lagers, people who want something light with tacos, and people who want to enjoy the atmosphere of the shop along with an event.
