Camado Brewery HAKOFUNE, a brewpub in Kamado-cho, Mizunami, Gifu, posted its service schedule and tap list for Friday, June 19 through Sunday, June 21. Hours are 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Friday, noon to 10:00 pm on Saturday, and noon to 7:00 pm on Sunday. The lineup highlights the brewery's own beers across a wide range of styles.

Tap List

- `try Scottish Ale` - 4.0%. A malt-forward, easy-drinking Scottish ale.
- `Ex. Schwarz` - 5.0%. A collaboration beer made with regular customers, featuring roasted aromas, hints of bitter chocolate and coffee, and a dry finish.
- `Basara Mizunami Ale` - Lemon Saison / 5.0%. A refreshing saison brewed with local lemon from Kamado-cho, tied to support for the Basara Mizunami yosakoi team.
- `Kiln Ash` - West Coast IPA / 6.0%. A collaboration with Grau, with bright aromas from Crush, Citra, and Mosaic hops and a firm bitterness.
- `OFF BELAY` - Hazy Pale Ale / 5.0%. A climber-inspired name for a juicy, very drinkable pale ale.
- `Baker's Brew #1 The Beginning of the Journey - Where Two Dragons Sing` - Finnish-style Sahti / 7.0%. Marked as running low, so it may not last long.
- `Baker's Brew #0 Prologue (Barrel Aged Ver.)` - Barrel-aged bread yeast Belgian tripel / 10.0%. A stronger, barrel-aged beer positioned just behind the #1 release.

The week is not only about beer: on Saturday, June 20, Osaka's YELLOW APE hosts a double tap takeover, and the old house at Kamado Station, `dikusi`, opens the same day. It is the kind of week that shows how closely HAKOFUNE's taps are tied to the local scene.
