A refreshed sausage menu from September

Craft Beer Market Jimbo-cho, a beer pub located just steps from Jimbo-cho Station in Tokyo, has introduced a new sausage menu from September. The featured dish is the CRAFTROCK SAUSAGE four-style platter.

The platter includes Royal Plain, French Herb, Pepper, and Cajun Chorizo. Served together, the four varieties allow guests to compare different flavors while exploring their pairings with beer.

The sausages were developed around the theme of sausages that pair well with craft beer, with the recipe refined over several years. The dish is also described as a popular item at the CRAFTROCK brewpub in Nihombashi. For pairing, the venue recommends CRAFTROCK IPA, whose hop bitterness and aroma complement the savory meat and spice character of the sausages.

250ml beers for ¥480

From September 1, the pub also announced a 250ml half-size beer option at ¥480, tax included. Ten beers are included in the offer: eight brewed in-house by CRAFTROCK BREWING and two from major Japanese brewers. The remaining 20 beers have also been reduced from ¥690 to ¥680.

The current tap list is updated daily in the “Beer Today” section of the official website. At Craft Beer Market Jimbo-cho, guests can enjoy a wide range of beers alongside the four-style CRAFTROCK SAUSAGE platter.
