The beer pub TBE Brewing in Ebisu Minami, Tokyo, announced its KEG lineup as of March 17. In the post, it notes that "the days are getting longer and it’s still bright at 5 p.m.," then introduces a seasonal pint, Iwate Kura Beer’s "Sakura Arashi IPA -PinkTyhoon-". It is presented as a limited-time IPA with aroma imparted by cherry blossom leaves.

The day’s taps include Kunitachi Brewery’s "Tight Take.2," Yorocco Beer’s "Natsumikan Saison," Nomcraft’s "Mighty Dragon," Ushitora Brewery’s "Hibi Kore Ippai IPA," Faro Brewing’s "Faro IPA," CRAK Brewery’s "FUCK INDUSTRIAL DDH IPA," and Shiga Kogen Beer’s "Sono Ju No.10 IPA." From light saisons to 7%-range IPAs, the lineup is set up for easy side-by-side tasting.

Also listed as running low are Miyazaki Hideji Beer’s "Shinkan no Pale Ale" and Minoh Beer’s "Imperial Stout." If you have your eye on either one, an early visit would be the safer choice.

Under "NEXT TAP BEER," the pub previews Minoh Beer’s "Honey Saison" and "Rockin’ Osaru," Kunitachi Brewery’s "Gakudai-mae," Iwate Kura Beer’s "Ko Beer," Brasserie Knot’s "Wind," and Ishinomaki HOP’s "Dank You Very Match." The lineup keeps looking ahead to the next pour.

The shop is on the second floor of the Shinbashi Guitar Building, near Ebisu Station. It is a relaxed beer pub centered on craft beer, and one of its defining features is that it also posts the day’s food information, including sashimi assortments. It suits a post-work pint or a night spent slowly working through multiple taps.
