Drafts for the Day


At BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisendo, the lineup of drafts was announced for March 28, 2026. Business hours are 17:00-22:00, food last order is 21:00, and pizza and pasta last order is 20:30.

There is one new tap opening today. Ise Kadoya Beer’s `Fresh-Pressed Beyond the Pacific : West Coast Pilsner` is opening today, and Baeren Brewery’s `Chocolate Stout : Chocolate Stout` is being served as a partial opening from the previous day. Also on tap are Dot Crimson Brewing’s `Dot Crimson 103 Pale Ale`, Iwate Kura Beer’s `English IPA`, Pilsner Urquell’s `Draft Pilsner Urquell : Pilsner Urquell`, and SAPPORO BEER’s `SORACHI 1984 : Pilsner`.

The Range of Beers You Can Drink


Looking at the lineup, the range of flavors is quite broad, from a West Coast-style pilsner that puts hop aroma front and center to pale ale, English IPA, classic pilsner, and chocolate stout. One venue makes it easy to put together a tasting flight, which is part of the appeal today.

Pairing with Food


Another feature of Raisendo is its strong selection of dishes that pair well with beer. In addition to ragout-sauce spaghetti, there are Ibaraki-raised venison, smoked spicy cod roe, kamaboko, smoked tofu and chicken tenderloin, zangi, potato fries, and meat-loaded pizza. Pairings like smoked dishes and meat with dark beer, or fried foods and pizza with pilsner, are easy to set up.

Labels Coming Soon


In today's announcement, `Onmenbroi : Rauch Bock`, `Mikkeller x Baeren Coolship Vienna Lager : Vienna Lager`, and `Rye Beer : Roggen` are also on deck. Black beer, lager, and barley-forward labels from Baeren Brewery are expected to continue, and the next update looks worth watching. As a beer pub where you can relax with music, this is the kind of place where you want to keep an eye on the tap changes and food pairings.
