Beer & Music Cafe Raisindou in Ibaraki, Osaka, shared its draft beer lineup and food offerings for June 19. Located in the basement of Socio 2 near Hankyu Ibaraki-shi Station, the venue is known as a beer pub that pairs craft beer with music. For this day, the shop opens at 5:00 p.m., food last orders are at 9:00 p.m., and drinks are served until 10:00 p.m.

Coming next

The post also previews Baeren Brewing “Kabosu Radler : Radler” (2.5%) and “Ihatove no Umi : Salty Lager” (5.0%). The former uses kabosu citrus from Oita for a gentle tartness, while the latter combines Iwate-grown hops with sea salt for a mineral, crisp profile.

Food

The food menu is built to match beer: eisbein, homemade oil sardines, smoked local kamaboko from Nagasaki, smoked tofu and chicken tenderloin, zangi, fries, a meat-topped pizza, and tagliatelle with ragout sauce. It is the kind of lineup that lets drinkers move comfortably from hoppy IPA to malty lager to citrus-driven fruit beer without leaving the table.
