North Island Beer will host its 17th anniversary festival on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at EBRI in Higashinopporo-cho, Ebetsu, Hokkaido. The event will run from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and the venue is about a five-minute walk from JR Nopporo Station.

In its Instagram post, the brewery said it will introduce 10 Ebetsu-based vendors leading up to the event. The first featured participant is Kawaya Calmdown, a handmade leather workshop in Nopporo, Ebetsu. The shop, making its first appearance at the anniversary festival, plans to bring leather items such as drink holders suited to a beer event.

Advance tickets can be purchased through the link in the Instagram profile or via the QR code in the story/post. Paper tickets are also being sold at the Ebetsu brewery, Beer Bar North Island, Cocomocha, and EBRI. As of the post, the all-you-can-drink ticket limited to the first 50 guests was already sold out.

Based in Ebetsu, North Island Beer is using the anniversary event to spotlight local makers and food vendors alongside its own beer. It is shaping up to be a neighborhood-centered celebration of the brewery’s milestone year.
