Together, the lineup covers crisp, hop-forward, tea-influenced, and roasted profiles.
The collaboration beer Tomo Dacho is also available from Yamorido and Niigata-based Gangi Brewing. It is a Mexican Lager brewed with Japanese pepper. Two additional guest beers from Gangi Brewing, MOREISH and CRACKIN, round out the nine-beer selection.
