Orange Takes Center Stage

In PEDROLINO's Instagram post "", the bar introduces Iseya Shuzo's new Scarlet releases: "Scarlet Orange Amaro 2026" and "Scarlet Albedo Amaro 2026." The former is a fruit amaro lavishly made with blood oranges from Ehime, while the latter is a bitter orange liqueur that makes use of the bitterness of albedo, the inner peel of citrus. The post also suggested serving them on the rocks or in a spritz.
