Three taps matched to a Sapporo summer

Located on the 8th floor of the Playtown Fujii building, `Qnowa` is a compact beer pub serving three craft taps, sake, and small home-style plates. It is close to Susukino Station, with counter seating and standing room that make it easy to drop in.

In the July 30 post, the owner, Haru, opened with a friendly update and noted the cool Sapporo summer weather before sharing the day’s tap list. On the food side, Qnowa prepared a one-day-only dish using uni from Yagishiri. The caption also mentions wanting to make uni pasta, which reinforces the seasonal focus of the menu.

The `today's beer` line starts with `PIRONO BEER→GANGI Brewing`, followed by three beers:

- `MOREISH` / `GANGI BREWING` - Modern Pils, ABV 4.5%
- `Heinzel` / `Flora Fermentation` - Kölsch Style Ale, ABV 4.5%, IBU 27
- `DARK LOVER SUMMER` / `Shimanami Brewery` - Dunkel, ABV 6.0%

The lineup moves from a crisp pilsner to a Kölsch-style ale and a darker Dunkel, giving drinkers a clear range to explore alongside the food. It is a concise example of what Qnowa does well: a small space, a focused beer list, and seasonal plates that make the taps easier to enjoy.
