Shizuoka-based craft brewery Fête Mishima Brewery announced a renewal of its spring-limited beer in an Instagram post titled “New Release‼︎...” (March 6, 2026, 16:17). The “strawberry beer” offered last year has been redesigned this time with a style change from pale ale to Belgian wit.

This release is Printaniéres Belgian Wit (Strawberry Belgian Wit). The post describes it as “a dry, easy-drinking pour that isn’t too sweet and is perfect for spring,” and presents a design that layers the ripe apple and banana-like aromas associated with Belgian yeast with sweet-tart notes of strawberry and raspberry. The beer is balanced across acidity, bitterness, and sweetness, making it approachable even for people who do not usually prefer sweeter beers.

Published specs (from the post)
- Product name: Printaniéres Belgian Wit (Strawberry Belgian Wit)
- Style: Fruit ale
- ABV: 5.5%
- IBU: 18
- SRM: 3.1
- Ingredients: Japanese black tea (domestically produced), malt, strawberries, raspberry purée, hops, white koji, quinoa

The label design also incorporates the sense of springtime excitement through its color palette and a “dance of strawberry fairies” concept. On its official website, Fête Mishima Brewery says it produces craft beer and fruit sparkling beverages using local Shizuoka water and ingredients, operating as a small brewery attached to the bistro “allez” in the Mishima Station area (10-8 Ichibancho, Mishima City, Shizuoka Prefecture). This seasonal release also seems to embody the brewery’s approach of making the most of regional ingredients.
