ISANA Brewing has operated its Brewery & Roastery in Akishima since May 2018. The brewery focuses on craft beer made with Akishima’s deep groundwater and also serves coffee and food prepared on site. Its location, just a short walk from JR Akishima Station, lets visitors watch the brewing equipment while enjoying freshly made beer.
This appearance gives drinkers in central Tokyo a chance to try a beer that is usually associated with ISANA’s home base in Akishima. The brewery’s own post also notes how surprising and exciting it was to see its logo among the event lineup, making this a notable weekend for fans who enjoy both beer and food.
