Three new beers from Passific Brewing

Craft Beer Scissors Akihabara, a beer pub in Taito, Tokyo, has announced three new arrivals from Passific Brewing.

Salsalsa is a sour ale brewed with tomatillo, serrano, green habanero, sudachi, and finger lime. Its distinctive tartness and citrus character make it a natural pairing for tacos. Permit is a balanced pale ale brewed with both European and American hops. Passific IPA combines juicy hop aromatics with a moderate body.

A diverse 15-tap lineup

The September 13 tap list also includes Chain Smoker from Hino Brewing; IBUKI HOP IPA from Zumona Beer; and Tooi Aki, a collaboration between Zumona Beer, Good Hops, and Scissors Akihabara. Swan Lake Beer’s Overtrue, Taihu Brewing’s Xia Xue and Kinome, and Senba Brewery’s Okawari Kölsch are also listed.

Other selections include Vit Natt IPA from Minoh Beer and BREWSKI, Mutations from Teenage Brewing and ANTELOPE, and ILA from Birra Perugia.

With its rotating selection and compact beer-pub setting, Craft Beer Scissors Akihabara offers a chance to explore a broad range of Japanese and international craft beers. Availability may change, so guests should check the pub’s latest updates before visiting.
