Beer & Music Cafe Raisindou in Ibaraki, Osaka, posted its July 8 draft lineup with a mix of lagers, a rice ale, a wheat beer, and a Czech classic. The bar opens at 5:00 p.m. and stays open late, making it a natural stop for a relaxed beer session after work.

Today's draft

- Baeren Brewery 'Ihatove no Umi' - Salty Lager
- Baeren Brewery 'Classic' - Dortmunder
- Dot Crimson Brewing 'Dot Crimson 147 Rice Ale' - Rice Ale
- Minoh Beer 'Hoppy Weizen' - Weizen
- Pilsner Urquell draft - Pilsner
- SUNTORY 'Kaoru Ale' - Ale

Coming soon

- Baeren Brewery 'Kabosu Radler' - Radler
- SAPPORO BEER 'SORACHI 1984' - Pilsner
- BLACK TIDE BREWING 'Kesennuma Pride ver. 12.1' - IPA

The lineup shows a clear range. Baeren brings both a seasonal, locally rooted release and a standard Dortmunder. Minoh Beer's Hoppy Weizen leans into aroma-forward wheat character, while Pilsner Urquell offers a benchmark draft pilsner. SUNTORY's Kaoru Ale adds a familiar domestic option to the mix.

The upcoming taps are also worth watching: Kabosu Radler from Baeren, SORACHI 1984 from SAPPORO BEER, and BLACK TIDE BREWING's Kesennuma Pride ver. 12.1. That gives the bar a good balance of Japanese craft, a major domestic brand, and a well-known imported lager.

Food is equally beer-friendly. The menu includes Hokkaido herring marinade, a mackerel sandwich, house-made oil sardines, a wide smoked selection, potato salad, sauerkraut-style cabbage, house pickles, zangi, fries, pizzas, and ragout tagliatelle. For beer drinkers, Raisindou is the kind of place where you can move from clean lagers to hop-driven wheat beer and still find a matching plate on the menu.
