Canal brewing updated its "Today's Tap List" on Instagram. True to the shop's format as a standing bar just a four-minute walk from Oimachi Station, where you can enjoy up to 10 taps of craft beer, this time the lineup is well balanced with house brews, collaborations, and guest brewery beers.

The highlight of the day is Inkhorn Brewing's "Lapwing #2." Introduced as a Hazy Double IPA, it is a beer designed to bring out both fruitiness and a crisp finish. The taps also include Canal brewing's "C #3 (IPA)" and Canal brewing x NOMCRAFT BREWING's "Momonga Bongos (Hazy pale ale)," clearly showing the shop's character.

Other offerings include:

- BADASS BEER BASE "FUJI&SUN Session IPA"
- Onidensetsu "Kinoni Pale Ale CGX Strata Single Ver."
- MAHOWBREW "The Cauldron"
- Shiga Kogen Beer "Wood-Aged Yamabushi taro 'grand cru'"
- Shiga Kogen Beer "Extra Quadrupel (Wood-Aged Yamabushi)"

It's a lineup with a wide range of flavors, from Session IPA to American DIPA and barrel-aged Strong Ale. That means you can start with something light and move toward heavier beers at the end.

The post also previews upcoming plans, including a Nomcraft BREWING tap takeover, Canal brewing's 3rd anniversary event, and collaborations with CAMADO BREWERY and CRAFTBANK. The shop's role as a local Oimachi hub while keeping a broad selection of craft beer options is reflected directly in the tap list itself.
