Brew Beast makes its first appearance at Koguma Sake Shop

At Nippon no Craft Beer Koguma Sake Shop Sendai Station East Exit Main Store in the Sendai Station East Exit area of Miyagino Ward, Sendai City, an incoming shipment from Brew Beast (Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture) has been announced. The post introduced it as a “first-time brewery,” and said that in addition to a recent request event, there had also been many requests during regular business hours, so a trial purchase was made. If the response is good, they are considering making it a regular staple in the future.

The lineup this time consists of five styles with a wide range.

- `IMPACT`
Hazy IPA, ABV 6.5%. A hop-forward beer dry-hopped heavily with Mosaic, Amarillo, Galaxy, and Citra.
- `Hungers Mark`
North Japan IPA, ABV 6%. An NJIPA designed to balance aroma, richness, and drinkability.
- `LIGHTNING`
India Pale Lager, ABV 5.5%. An IPL that combines citrusy, tropical flavors with the crisp finish characteristic of a lager.
- `BEASTIE`
Pale ale, ABV 5%. Brew Beast's regular pale ale, built with a well-balanced mix of malt character and hop presence.
- `NEWTON`
Wood-brett graf, ABV 6.5%. A fermented beer made by using apples and wort in equal parts, then refermenting and aging with wood chips and wild yeast.
