Four New Guest Beers Arrive at Koenji's Citrava, Anniversary Collab Also Starts Pouring

At the beer pub "Craft Beer Sakaba Citrava," located in northern Koenji, four new guest beers have gone on tap. This lineup ranges from a citrusy pour to a dark beer with deep roasted character, and even a style that puts hop brightness front and center, making it easy to choose according to your mood.

Guest Beers Announced for the Day

- Ushitora Brewery "Bergamot Colum"
- Minoh Beer "Stout"
- Shiga Kogen Beer "Africa Pale Ale"
- Shonan Beer "Sticky Fingers Hazy IPA"

"Bergamot Colum" is a beer that layers bergamot nuance over a malty base, with an aroma that stands out in an appealing way. "Stout," by contrast, offers roasted character reminiscent of coffee and bitter chocolate, making it ideal for those who want to sip slowly. If you are looking for hop character, "Africa Pale Ale" and "Sticky Fingers Hazy IPA" are the beers to try.

In addition, the anniversary beer from Citrava's Nakano location, "Citrus on the Rock," has also started pouring at the Koenji branch. For beer fans following Citrava, being able to encounter the same collaboration beer across locations is a welcome development.

The shop has the relaxed, easygoing atmosphere of a beer pub that fits Koenji's neighborhood well. The post notes that while it is normally closed on Mondays, it will be open on Monday, March 30 from 4:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., giving people who usually cannot come a chance to drink there. It is also a convenient spot when you want to compare a few beers alongside a meal.
