Ushitora Brewery’s KAN MURYO is a citrus session IPA brewed with Kawachi Bankan. The selection also includes Mosaic Edge, a golden ale built around a pronounced Mosaic hop character, and Raspberry Irechaimasihita, a fruit ale with a pleasant raspberry acidity.
The full draft list also features Ushitora’s Shibuya de Paradise Hazy IPA and Bohemi Pils, Coronado’s Super Fruit Cider, OK, ADAM’s pineapple cider Nampooh All Right, and Left Hand’s Milk Stout. Rather than focusing on heavy or high-impact IPAs, the lineup offers a varied progression of fruit-driven, refreshing and darker styles.
