CRAFT BEER Ant ‘n Bee Ryudocho will be open from 2 p.m. to midnight on Saturday, September 19. Located near Roppongi Station, the beer pub offers counter and table seating, making it suitable for an afternoon drink as well as an evening visit.

Four new kegs were tapped after several beers sold out the previous day. Minoh Beer and Yorocco Beer’s collaboration, KOMPAS, is a dry saison made with Japanese plum. Ushitora Brewery’s KAN MURYO is a citrus session IPA brewed with Kawachi Bankan. The selection also includes Mosaic Edge, a golden ale built around a pronounced Mosaic hop character, and Raspberry Irechaimasihita, a fruit ale with a pleasant raspberry acidity.

The full draft list also features Ushitora’s Shibuya de Paradise Hazy IPA and Bohemi Pils, Coronado’s Super Fruit Cider, OK, ADAM’s pineapple cider Nampooh All Right, and Left Hand’s Milk Stout. Rather than focusing on heavy or high-impact IPAs, the lineup offers a varied progression of fruit-driven, refreshing and darker styles.

Food orders are accepted until 11 p.m., while drink orders close at 11:30 p.m. The tap list makes the venue a natural stop for a Roppongi afternoon beer session or a casual pairing with food.
