The beer is the third release in this year’s Peach Weizen series. Made with peaches from Wakayama’s Hakki Farm, it combines the clove- and banana-like fruitiness of Weizen yeast with the fresh aroma of peach. Using 50% wheat malt, the beer has a soft, gentle mouthfeel, while its finish remains crisp rather than sweet.
Shimizu Hakuto is known for its pale flesh, abundant juice, refined sweetness, and pronounced aroma. The beer has an ABV of 5.0%, an IBU of 12, and a milky-white appearance. Minoh Beer recommends serving it at 8–12°C.
