HOP MAN in Chigasaki, Kanagawa, has announced the tapping of “Tochu” from Karuizawa Q. The beer is a Session IPA with an ABV of 4.5%, made to be easy-drinking while retaining a clear hop presence.

The beer offers fresh aromas reminiscent of lime and orange. Its body is light, and the restrained alcohol level makes it suitable for warm weather. Despite its lightness, the beer is designed to deliver noticeable hop aroma and bitterness.

Three hop varieties are used: Citra, Motueka, and Centennial. Citra contributes bright citrus notes, Motueka adds a lime-like freshness, and Centennial brings classic citrus and herbal nuances. Together, they create a crisp and aromatic Session IPA.

Located on the second floor of Sun Raizu Shonan in Chigasaki, HOP MAN is a beer pub where hop-focused pours can be enjoyed in a casual setting. Availability may change, so guests should check with the pub before visiting.
