Ise Kadoya Brewery's Sabro's IPA Opens at Raisendo in Ibaraki, Osaka

At "BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisendo" in Ibaraki, Osaka, Ise Kadoya Brewery's limited-edition Sabro's IPA was newly tapped on April 6. This American-style IPA at Alc. 6.0% is described as having aromas reminiscent of coconut and tropical fruit, a light body, and a clean, dry finish.
The lineup that day also included Ise Kadoya Brewery's Fresh-Pressed Beyond the Pacific : West Coast Pilsner, which is marked by bright top notes of lime, passion fruit, and peach. In addition, Baeren Brewery's Ommenbroy : Rauch Bock and Chocolate Stout, Iwate's Dot Crimson Brewing Dot Crimson 103 Pale Ale, the classic Draft Pilsner Urquell, and SORACHI 1984 : Pilsner were all available, creating a lineup that made it easy to compare lagers, IPAs, stouts, and pale ales in a single evening.
Raisendo is a beer pub on the basement first floor of Socio 2, within walking distance of Hankyu Ibaraki-shi Station. According to its hours for the day, it opened around 5:00 p.m., with last orders for food at 9:30 p.m. and drinks at 10:00 p.m. The shop also offers beer-friendly food such as ragout sauce spaghetti, smoked dishes, sauerkraut-style cabbage, and house-made pickles, making it a place where you can slowly work through a few glasses while enjoying music.
