A Father’s Day set from Yokkaichi’s first brewery

Ikikata Brewery is based in Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture, and opened in December 2025 as the city’s first craft beer brewery. It is operated by a company that has long worked in child-support services, and brewing is led by Masatoshi Kondo, who studied brewing independently and also earned a qualification from a German brewing school.

The Instagram post introduces a Father’s Day gift set built around the brewery’s two beers. The set includes three bottles of "Kohaku no Toki", known for its malt depth and citrus aroma, and three bottles of "Kazemakase", which is presented as having a white-wine-like aroma and a clean, gentle finish. A gift box is included, and the full set is priced at 3,500 yen.

The brewery says the set can also work as a birthday present, a thank-you gift, or a small souvenir. It is a straightforward local offering that connects a Yokkaichi-made beer with everyday occasions and the idea of showing appreciation.

Reservations are accepted by DM, but quantities are limited. Shipping from the brewery is not available, so pickup is in person at the shop. For anyone looking for a local craft beer gift from Yokkaichi, this is a practical option to keep in mind.
